Recently, our company has seen a phase-wise surge in wiring harness orders, which cover a wide range of categories including custom wiring harnesses, power wiring harnesses, industrial equipment connection harnesses, and new energy wiring harnesses. To meet customer delivery requirements, our production workshop has fully activated an expedited production mode. With the core goal of "ensuring quality and quantity while achieving on-time delivery", we are making every effort to accelerate production progress.

Faced with the challenge of a concentrated order boom, the production department optimized the production scheduling plan at the earliest opportunity and fully maximized the production capacity of the assembly lines. On the workshop floor, every single process—from raw material inspection, wire cutting, terminal crimping and insulation coating, to wiring harness assembly, continuity testing and visual quality inspection—is strictly performed in compliance with established standards. The technical quality inspection team is stationed on-site throughout the entire process, conducting real-time monitoring of key parameters during production and focusing on verifying core performance indicators such as harness continuity, insulation properties and temperature resistance, so as to ensure that every batch of products meets the technical specifications required by customers.

To date, the production progress of all expedited orders has been advancing steadily as scheduled. The company will continue to coordinate production resources in an integrated manner, strengthen in-process quality control, and while striving to maximize production efficiency, adhere firmly to the bottom line of product quality to ensure the successful delivery of all orders.
